How much of a hard time do your parents give you about SATs and college?

<p>Are they really strict, loose, competitive? Do they get angry even when you get high scores because they're not perfect?</p>

<p>my parents are proud of me no matter what, like seriously.</p>

<p>my mom would be happy if i was a B student, probably even a C student. my brother got a 1560(out of 2400... which is higher than my schools sal.....) and were ecstatic</p>

<p>basically i motivate myself and hopefully i will get something out of it.</p>

<p>^ My mom's Asian, but she's not that strict. I'm pretty self-motivated. Both of my parents are pretty supportive in everything I do.</p>

They see nothing but the bad things.</p>

<p>I'm Asian, but my parent don't really give me a hard time. They don't know what the SAT is and how the college admission process works. They don't really care what college I go to as long as it's affordable and in-state.</p>
