How much sleep do you get a night, and is it enough?

7 hours. OH YEAH.

But during the summer vacation it ranges from 8-9

I swear, I would get an extra 2 hours of sleep if I didnt waste time on the computer.

During the school year, I get about six hours a night. It’s not enough.

During the summer months, I get about ten hours a night, which is way too much.

4-5. And very little time is spent actually studying. I’m disappointed in myself for doing this continuously, and I’m going to try to fix it before college when it could become dangerous

7-9 hours although it normally only drops to 7 when I have to get up at 5 for swimming.

About 6 thanks to insomnia. -_-

This year, I have gotten mostly 4-6 hours on average.
It has not kept me sane.

I usually get 5-6, because I have a chemical imbalance in my brain that affects my melatonin levels, which cause me to become tired later. Im supposed to take medication but sometimes I forget to take it, sometimes I’m too lazy to take it, and sometimes it doesn’t work.

5-7 hours school nights, 10ish on weekends

some weeks rougher than others, needed naps after school to regenerate

average 7 on light weeks, more around 5hr a night on most weeks. It depends on the person how it affects them but I’m generally not tired during the day; the worst part is the first half hour or so after getting up and feeling crappy. I would like to nap, but I can’t nap during the day.

Seven and a half a night on average, longer on weekends. The latest i’ve stayed up this year (junior year) is 11:30.

That being said, I wake up early and i’ve always been an early bird/morning person and after school, the rest of my day is pretty low-key.

10 hours. Recently out of school.

8-9 hours. Never enough.

During school: 7 hours
weekend crash: 10 hours
outside of school: consistently 10-11 hours. too much!

5 or 6. It’s usually enough.
