This is just kind of a survey. Give us how long you sleep a night on average, and why it's as much/as little as it is.

Right now, I sleep between 6-8 hours a night which is great. I get that much because school's almost over and even though I can't be exempted from any exams (only seniors at my school can do it), I have high As in all my classes so I don't really have to study for my finals.

6-7 hours a night. I don’t need a lot of sleep; in fact, I get a headache if I sleep more than 8 hours. It is summer, after all. I go to bed around 11 and wake up at 5. xD

My sleep times vary a lot. Last night I slept for 3 hours. And weirdly I wasn’t even tired. But sometimes I sleep for 7 hours and I’m exhausted. My sleep schedule really doesn’t affect me much. It’s odd.

During a school week, usually anything less than 7 a night leaves me unable to focus the next day. I usually shoot for 8+ per night, but it’s really not consistent at all.

My sleep will lessen next year though haha. Some APs and Honors, along with a job, three varsity sports over the whole year, and trying to volunteer weekly will kill me.

Is it bad that I plan everyday around a sleep schedule?

About six. For me, it’s plenty since I never get tired in class or tired in general. It really isn’t my school’s fault, blame the Internet instead. ;)

About 7, no matter my efforts to go to bed early or if I have a ton to do, or what. It always seems to be 7 hours! But on weekends, more like 9 hours.
