How much sleep do you get each night?

I live on a double cycle: I can wake up after 5h30 of sleep and be fine, or 11h and be fine. If I wake up before, after, or in between these durations I feel lethargic and tired.

i did my huge health teach the class for 80 minutes project on sleep and got a 110% but i get very little sleep on school nights....probably 5 or 6 hours but im catching some zzzs this break

6-7 all week; i'm so used to it during the week that i can't sleep longer on weekends, much as i'd like to :/

Just rock yourself back to sleep; I do that every time and it works. You can also take some sedatives to allow you more time to rest; my mother has taken that route and sleeps like a baby for 14 hours/day, however, so caution is warranted.

6 to 7 on weekdays and like 8 to 10 on weekends. I heard to much sleep isn't good for you anyways.

5-7 on weekdays, 8-10 hours on weekends.

Too much sleeping, I've found, impedes on your ability to function. Too little sleep (five and less) really destroys your ability to think and thus, hurts your academic process. Even if I'm doing hw till 2, I'll stop and go to bed because too little sleep isn't worth it. You have to study more and review to catch up in order to understand the other information that you miss when you're dozing away in class. And trust me, i don't function well without sleep.

I found myself to be able to function best at about 6.5 hours of sleep. So. when I'm tired, I sleep. It helps me think. Chyahhh.

Plus, I OWN THIS PAGE!

6-7 on school nights mostly. On weekends who knows. I love to sleep.

Guys seriously. 3 or 4 hours a night!? Or less!!!!!!

How do you even stay compitent?
