How much TOEFL help???

<p>I was born in other country and just lived for US for about 4 years.</p>

<p>So, my SAT reading score is like 510, but I got 101 on IBT Toefl Test.</p>

<p>And I got 790 on reading. I have decent GPA of around 3.7.</p>

<p>What i want to know is:</p>

<p>1) how much TOEFL cover my low reading sat score?</p>

<p>2) Is there 'ANY' chance to go into NYU / Boston College / Carnegie Mellon?</p>
