How much TOEFL help???

<p>I was born in other country and just lived for US for about 4 years.</p>

<p>So, my SAT reading score is like 510, but I got 101 on IBT Toefl Test.</p>

<p>And I got 790 on math and 610 on writing. I have decent GPA of around 3.7.</p>

<p>What i want to know is:</p>

<p>1) how much TOEFL cover my low reading sat score?</p>

<p>2) For Early Decision/Early Action, is there 'ANY' chance to go into NYU / Boston College / Carnegie Mellon ?</p>

<p>1) unfortunately, toefl will have little impact on your SAT scores. admission officiers do not consider tofle that much.
2) Yes, you have a chance. admission decisions are completely unpredictale.</p>
