How much will my low ACT science score hurt me

I am applying to MIT. My ACT scores are as follows: Composite: 32. English: 33 Math: 33 Reading: 33 Science: 29

My sat subject tests are: Physics: 800, Math Level 2: 770

I have also won in a NASA sponsored contest, had an internship with NASA in 2009, and am currently designing an airplane for entry in a NASA contest. So will these factors, along with my subject test scores, redeem my low ACT sci. score?

Anyone…?

You’ve got a good composite and plenty of other stuff to show what you’re about; I wouldn’t worry too much about your science score. Lol, I’m not even sure how that works :p, must have been a bad day for you, haha jk.

How did that go for you? I have very similar stats with a 35 English and a … 27 science instead!!

I have a 32 ACT but a 25 on the science section… do you think this will hurt me if i apply to ivies?

It won’t help you, but your good SAT Subject tests in science fields should at least compensate a little.
