How should I apply for Harvard?

Hi! I'm a student living in S. Korea. The problem I have is that well...

I was born in Boston, and lived near there up until the sixth grade. Then, I moved to Korea, and whoop-dee-doo, now I'm in high school.

I'm not asking about my chances of getting into Harvard, but if I should apply as an International student, or as a Domestic one. I have an American citizenship.

Thanks for your help!

(And I'd also like to ask if a parent who went to one of Harvard's graduate schools and recieved his/her Master's degree would give me an edge.)

Definitely as an American citizen as international students have approximately half the admit rate compared to US citizens.

Regarding your second question there was a thread somewhere by Kafkareborn and I remember people saying something that only if your parent attended Harvard College will you be considered a legacy (I am not sure)
