<p>I wondered the same thing, so I called the admissions office and they told me that strictly speaking, I would be considered a normal, US citizen. If English is your mother tongue, for example, you don't have to take the TOEFL, and in matters fin. aid, you're no different from US residents. Apart from that, there isn't much of a difference. :)</p>
