How should I prepare for NDF debate camp?

I am planning on going to NDF (National Debate Forum) this summer for the two-week program. I am going in Lincoln Douglas debate. I will be a rising sophomore this summer, and I did debate this year. First, do I have to get accepted? On the website it says "apply now". I am not sure if that means to be placed in a skill level within the camp or to get into the camp. Also, questions about the camp...
1. Should I have a case prepared? Multiple cases?
2. Should I already know how to run theory shells, disads, kritiks, etc.
3. How many people watch your PDs (practice debates)
4. To people who went there: Did it improve your skills a lot? Would you recommend it?
5. Anything else I might need to know, please. Thanks!

Help, guys!
