How should I study for SAT Subject Tests (Math II, Physics, and US History)?

I am a junior in high school and need to take at least 2 subject tests for the colleges I am applying to. I have already taken the SAT and scored high enough for all of the schools I am looking at. Right now, I am currently in AP Calc BC, AP Physics 1, and APUSH, so I plan on taking the Math II, Physics, and US History subject tests in June (studying for these will coincide with studying for the AP tests).

I have heard that collegeboard recently changed AP Physics B to AP Physics 1 and 2, so what extra topics would I need to study for the subject test aside from what I learn in AP Physics 1? Also since I am in Calc BC, and this surpasses the math on the test, how do you recommend I study/review?

If you can recommend any study tips and or prep books, that would be greatly appreciated.

This brochure shows which topics are covered on each Subject Test:

Reading through this forum should give a good idea of which books are most recommended.
For AP US history, my daughter thought the books by Larry Krieger were excellent, and she took the subject test right after the AP exam and did well. I would also suggest getting the book published by the College Board with one actual Subject Test in each subject.
