How should I study in these 3 months?

for my first sat,I studied using Barron's ,got a 1590 -_-
and guess what? When I solved each barron's test,I got at least a 1700! I was shocked! I still know the tactics and strategies of the Barron's,but they didn't help me at all in the exam, the CR section shocked me,it was so hard!
So I got the official sat guide with DVD " Bluebook" ,and it has 11 tests ( 10 the book and 1 the DVD ) I need to know how should I study these 3 months? + please don't tell me stick to barron's tactics because honestly I screwed up in the exam...

I got the bb because it is the official one and it would definitely explain how to cope with the sat exam correctly

I would definitely agree that blue book is the best. They’re the ones who make the test, they should know. Make sure you do all the tests, and reason your way through the answers. Missing a question can only help you if you can figure out why it was wrong.

You’ll learn a lot doing all those tests (it’s lovely that they give so many of them). Grammar stuff, vocabulary, math solutions, etc. But more important is the sort of “SAT mindset” you gain. Familiarity with the situation will make test day much less stressful.

Oh and don’t touch anything with the name “Gruber” on it. Those books really just aren’t worth it.

I agree that blue book is the best book you can get. I believe that “tactics” presented in after-market books are not really that credible. You should study and develop your own tactics, as I have.
