How strong are these extracurriculars?

I want to get a scholarship to a relatively good college or get accepted into a top-tier college. My grades (4.0 GPA) and SAT scores (2360) are fine, but what about my extracurriculars....:

Varsity tennis team (9,11,12)
Tutoring (10,11,12)
Assistant tennis coach (9,10,11,12)
Volunteer organization (9,10,11,12) -- I have a leadership role in this organization.
Hospital volunteer work (11,12)
National Honor Society (12)
Working at a fast-food restaurant (11,12) -- Is this even worth keeping?

So how would you rate my extracurriculars, in terms of my chances of getting into a really good college?

**Also, will a college even like my working at a fast-food restaurant? Or will they not consider this activity to be "meaningful"?

Thanks in advance!

Well your grades are very good. Your ec’s are really impressive too. As for the fast food restaurant, I think it would be good to include it because it shows discipline. Good luck! I think you have an awesome shot.

Good EC’s. Any school clubs or performance groups? Keep the job on your list- it usually impresses adcoms- shows willingness, responsibility and holding it for 2 years says that you met the job needs.

That’s my problem, I don’t really have any involvement in school clubs, with the exception of NHS. And I’m not sure what you mean by “performance groups,” but I don’t think I have any involvement in that either…

They’re fine ECs, but keep in mind they are basically the same as the majority of other students applying to those schools. So they won’t hurt you, but they are not going to make you stand out.

Did you make any state cut for tennis? I am also intrigued by
“Volunteer organization (9,10,11,12) – I have a leadership role in this organization.”
That might make you somewhat stand out if you have done substantial work for 4 years.
And yes, the job (at the fast food place) keep it. A lot of kids want “cushy” summer jobs and working at fast food place may show some character, especially if you are from a high income background.
