How the heck do you get the green arrow next to school forms?!?!?!

Help! I have all of my teacher recs lined up on Common App, and both of my teachers have chosen to submit forms offline. My counselor also wants to submit paper forms. So, no one has to send anything via the Internet...and yet, there's a yellow square next to "School Forms" for all of my schools! Will it not let me submit when the time comes? Help me please!!

it'll stay like that till eternity...
but as long as your teacher forms reach the place....it's fine,,,wont be a problem with the submission

ah, okay. thank you.

but i think that you do have to type in the names/emails of your teachers and counselor before you can submit the application.

you have to wait till the school actually DOWNLOAD your files, not just submitted.

Wait wait wait...what do you mean til the school downloads the files?! There's nothing to download! I printed the forms and gave them to my teachers are counselors. I entered the names of my teachers and counselor and put in their e-mails, too. What more do I have to do? I invited them all and assigned them to the schools. But they're all offline providers.

hostyoutube was referring to the APPLICATION, SUPPLEMENT, AND PAYMENTS. Once your school has actually received the files, CommonApp will display each component as "Downloaded." This will not show up for school forms. School forms will remain the yellow square. Most colleges will let you know if you're missing anything and give you a chance to resubmit anything missing, but it doesn't hurt to call and confirm that everything has been received, just in case.

yeah its like icefireball said. My teachers submitted their recs online but my counselor did her stuff offline so I have a yellow box and it says not all submitted. It's fine though because if the school is missing stuff it will tell you.
