How to apply for transfer undergrad admissions

I want to apply at 2 places. One uses common app the other doesn't.
I'm about to start my first year of undergrad this fall.
I want to know that when I apply for transfer admission will the need my High school transcript?
Will the common apps one require my secondary/mid-year/final school report filled by my high school counselor?
Will the common apps uni require the two teacher's recommendations filled by my high school teachers?

what about the other one. will they also require their secondary/mid-year/final school report and teh teacher's recommendations.
now that i've left high school. and moved far away this would be a bit difficult.
btw, I applied to these uni's last year as well.

please guide me

thanks.

The same applies to the non-common app college as well.

You should check with the individual schools.

You -may- actually need a final school report filled out by your high school counselor in addition to the high school transcript. It depends on the school... I had to do it for the common app schools.

The common app will not want teacher recommendations from high school. They'll require that you get them from college professors, lecturers, or grad students that have taught you while at your current undergrad school.

My advice is this: all universities have slightly (some substantially) different transfer policies and transfer requirements, so I highly suggest you either go to their website or call them about their expectations for a transfer application.
