I was accepted into there undergraduate college of Engineering. How can I apply for there honors? I know you can for LSA, but what about college of engineering?
You can first start by knowing the difference between “there” and “their”.
From what I understand, there is only LSA honors which is for the LSA students only. For engineering students, there is an honors program, but you can only apply after completing two full-time terms at the University of Michigan. There is also an Engineering Global Leadership program.

The Honors program in CoE is very different from the Honors program in LSA.
I had the exact same doubt as you, OP. Google does not yield the search results for Engg, only for LSA. But the link @EMPire18 has provided answers your query.
Note: Entering freshmen cannot apply for Honors. Only current students meeting university criteria can. So, no need to worry about it now. Think about Honors only when you are actually at the university.
Yes, I know it’s weird. Out of all the universities I have applied to, only UMich has such an eccentric program. Most schools like UIUC, GaTech, U of M at Twin Cities etc usually have Honors applications for entering freshmen also.
Anyways, congratulations for your acceptance!
