<p>My question is: if son applies as a transfer and doesn't find out until near end of April if he is accepted, will there be a problem finding off campus housing for one person? He doesn't know anyone there to room with and wouldn't want (even if possible) to live in dorm as a junior. Does anyone know any good complexes that have one bedroom apartments that are either on J route or within walking? He would even put down a deposit for May if all he would lose is deposit if he didn't get accepted. How do others handle this?</p>
