My current situation is that I got a C in geometry honors last semester and I’m in the average mathstream for a sophomore. So I was wondering from this point forward what can I do for my college application that shows that I’ve gotten better at it and it’s an area I’m more than comfortable in?
Here are some ideas on how to do better:

Make sure you get A’s in your regular course and see if you can move back up to Honors.
Also do well in your other courses…you may be a Humanities majors so try to take honors/APs in those classes.
I am wondering if you should drop back from honors to regular (which we call CP where I live).
One piece of good news, geometry might be the one math class that is not very heavily used by every math class that you will take from now on. Algebra, trigonometry, and precalculus are all major foundations for calculus.
Try to stay ahead in math. Seek out additional help. You might want to get help from the teacher after class or get a tutor.
Being able to overcome difficulty in your toughest class is an important skill to learn. This is a good time to learn it.
