How to convert raw score to composite?

I have to official ACT prep book, but I can't find a guide to see how well I'm doing. I got -3 on reading and -6 on math, so in guessing it's not that high but I have absolutely no idea how good that is. Does anyone know how to convert these scores?

Assuming you are not trolling, the conversion keys for the practice tests for the OFFICIAL ACT book that is provided by the ACT test makers are in the back of the book, after the answer key. The page numbers for the answer key is also the in t.o.c. Honestly, you haven’t looked hard enough at all. -3 reading would be around a 32-34 and a -6 math would be around 29-32.

Sorry, not trolling. I found it about five minutes after posting. I was used to the SAT prep book, which has the conversions right after each test.
