how to deal with neck pain during SATs?

<p>when i sit for an extended period of time, such as during the sats, i get some neck pain. what can i do to prevent/relieve this? stretching?</p>

<p>But if you start to feel the slightest neck pain during a section, try rolling your neck slowly.</p>

<p>Rubbing the neck, rolling the head GENTLY (and apparently 90 degree angles are better than circles - less strain on your neck - so move your head in a square when you roll your neck), tilting the neck, and stretching help.</p>

<p>I also get back pain, and stretching helps there too.</p>

<p>SAT is known for being pain in the neck, among other places.</p>

<p>I am not sure if any sorts of pillows are allowed :D</p>
