Im a 10th grade international student. I don't know **** about life after high-school...
So I'm going to he taking the PSAT soon, what are good results?
Don't know about my field of choice yet, is it good to have something decided or is it cool to go to keep your eyes open for something.
What do universities look at besides grade?
My 9th grade GPA was 3.9
And my first quarter of 10th grade hasnt gone well, i got a 3. Hopefully i will improve it but what else should i do to plan a bright future?
I play football and run track and field. Other extra curriculars include, french club, band, maybe NHS also.
Then theres this whole ap classes talk going on.
What APs should i take and how many should i take in 11th and how many in 12th grade?
Do The choice of APs help with future university plans?
Thx for the help in advanced! :D

You’re generally not required or expected to know.

It’s common for American colleges to look at your Common App essay (if it’s a Common App school) and supplement essays, standardized test scores (SAT or ACT), SAT Subject Test results, TOEFL results if English isn’t your first language, transcript (grades and course rigor), class rank, extracurriculars, awards, guidance counselor recommendations, and teacher recommendations.

Some colleges ask for peer recommendations, some colleges ask for a graded paper, and a lot of colleges allow you to submit arts supplements (though most people shouldn’t submit one). Colleges will also take into account special circumstances (family issues or whatever) if you document them in the Additional Information section of the Common App.
