how to get my ACT up 3 points from a 28 to a 31

I have been studying since October for the ACT and have taken it 4 times. The first time I got a 26, then I got a 28 on my next two tries. But sadly I just got my June ACT back and got a 27. My goal overall is to obtain a 31 on the ACT, but I just can’t seem to get it up 3 points. I need to figure out a study plan. What do you guys think I should do to get this thing up 3 points over the summer before the September test?

What sections give you the most trouble? If reading is hard for you then focus on that. Especially if timing on reading is hard practice is going to help a lot.

math is the hardest for me.

Then I would look at which type of math questions are the hardest and work on practice of those. See if your library has any of the official prep books for some practice and review of math concepts.
Depending on your other sections scores I would do some practice in those sections as well to keep your brain fresh on those.
Do some review then take a full length ACT practice test and see how it helped.

My daughter did at least 8 full practice tests plus the College Panda Math for ACT.
She scored a 29 composite in April and just got a 33!
She is very happy and DONE!

what is college panda math? @lalalander111

@Jsan81 college panda’s stuff is pretty good. Easy to use materials. Available at BN and Amazon

Also check out APEACT. 2016 avg ACT score is 33.4 for them.
