How to improve SAT score?

Hi,

I'm taking my SAT for the third time this October. The first time, I got a 1960, and then the second time, a 2110 (650 CR, 750 W, 710 M). I am hoping to at least make a 2200 on this SAT. To be honest, I'm not sure what I should be studying, because I feel like I've studied all my materials for my last SAT. Do you guys have any advice for me?

Also, if my scores for the October SAT is worse than my 2110, is that going to affect my college application/make it look bad?

CR is my weakest section, and I'm not sure what I can do to study for it other than study vocabulary.

Thank you for your help!

Most schools will superscore your SAT.

Have you try ACT?

@4kidsdad: But not all schools, so in general, will it hurt my app if my score from the third time dropped? I haven’t taken the ACT yet, I don’t think I have enough time to take it and receive the score in time for my early decision school. Should I try it?
