I just want to know how people who do this still have a really high GPA. I get home at 7, sometimes 8 because of my sport, and it happens year round because I do three sports. I sleep at 2am and I have a lot of trouble getting decent grades, mainly because of my ADHD as well. But does anyone have good tips to juggle these two?
Figure out which extracurriculars you really care about. The ones you do because you enjoy - not because you have to or your friends do or that look good. Then, drop the others. You’ll be happier and have more time.
@whitespace I enjoy them all, but the problem is that i participate in club sports (i.e. Soccer, swim, etc.) and school. I do competitive cheer, track and field and cross country. It’s just been a lot harder for me to study and I’m currently at a 3.6 unweighted/3.9 weighted GPA and I’m afraid it’s too hard to manage but I can’t drop my ECs. Not because it’s making me look good(applying to State schools anyway) but because I’m committed to a contract and the team…idk what else to do…
