How to know if colleges received your mail: recs, transcripts, etc?

For all of my schools, I have sent them an envelope with my official school report, transcript, and teacher recomendations. For two of my schools, one of my teacher had to send her recommendation in herself. For 3 of my schools, I mailed them a music supplement, while for the rest, I was able to submit it electronically. I guess, naturally, I feel a bit nervous, especially about the important stuff, like the school report, transcript, and recs. I know these schools organize everything they receive from me (mail, electronically, email) in one file, but is there any way I can confirm with them that they have received certain materials from me? Like would I be able to email the admissions office and ask them?

Thanks in advance! :)

I think your counselor and teachers are supposed to send in your letters of recs, transcripts, etc. by themselves to ensure that you didn’t read or change them. But, back to your question, most schools that I applied to send an email that has a website that has a checklist of things they have received. Some schools that I have got the website from are Duke, Stanford, Princeton. They sent the website about a week after I sent in my completed Commonapp. If a school doesn’t have the website, then I am sure you can call and ask.

Oh, yeah. All those things I sent in together with my guidance counselor.
Great, thanks!
