How to let GT know I'm not attending?

<p>I am trying to decline Georgetown's acceptance and I have already chosen my college. I lost the packet that arrived after the GT acceptance, but I have the material that came in the original letter. My question is, how do I let them know I'm not attending? I have looked over the Enrollment Agreement Form, and they only have a place for my signature; they don't have a way for me to indicate that I am not attending. Is the paper I'm looking for found in the packet, or am I supposed to submit a letter or something with the Enrollment Agreement Form?</p>
