Hey everyone,

Last year, I took AP Chemistry. It was a two-part course, made up of Laboratory and Lecture. I got a B in the course, but got a 1 on the AP Exam without studying. Roughly only a third of my class passed it. The kid with the highest grade (101%), also failed it (but he just got into Stanford EA so go figure).

Anyway, I'm planning on attending my local CC next year. To skip a year of college and graduate in three years (for financial reasons), I need 30 credits worth of AP. If I pass the Physics AP Exam, I'll hit the mark and can transfer my sophomore year as a Junior to a UC (california community college).

I'm struggling in the class right now. I started off at the top of the class, being one of the few to Ace the first exam on kinetics, but now I'm down to a C after getting a 33% on the Dynamics exam. Also, I failed two labs, contributing to the grade.

I really need to pass this AP Exam. Last year, I got a D in APUSH, but got a 4 on the exam, so I'm not sure how relevant my actual grade is.

Are there any review books you guys could suggest? Any websites or online videos? How about Sparknotes SAT II review? Would that work? I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get a three or higher. Science really isn't my metier--I'm definitely more of a public policy sort of guy who can do "above average" science and math, I think.

Anyway, so to sum it up, if I pass this exam, I graduate college at 20, save $13,000, and am at my local CC for only one year and can transfer to UCLA, Berkeley, UCSD or whatever sooner. So again, I'll do anything to pass this time around :).

PS: Same goes with Macroeconomics. I'm taking it next semester and I'm kind of scared. Kids who end up at Cal or Stanford at my school and are 4.5 students get Bs and Cs in the course. Any great prep books, websites, or videos for that course?

Thank you, guys. I'll respond asap to any questions, and will let you know how the exam goes in May :)
