How to prep for PSAT in a month?

I'm going to try to avoid pontification too much and lay out my PSAT/SAT scores so you can potentially allocate any prescribed amount of time for each section. I was a Sophomore when I took these, by the way... logically, now, I am a Junior, and will be taking the official PSAT October 30th. I live in Tennessee where the National Merit Scholarship floats around 209-211.

May SAT last year:
Math: 660
CR: 700
W: 690
Composite: 2050

May PSAT (practice, but it was intense and in the same setting as it would normally be; tested by school):
Math: 64
CR: 72
W: 80
Composite: 216

I have done virtually no studying since then (I never really did any to begin with...)

How can I find the motivation to study? It's in a month and I really need to retain the 216!!! Any tips?
