I am generally good at sat math. I have no difficulty doing any of the questions. However, I ALWAYS make one or two silly mistakes that prevent me from getting 800. How should I cut these down? Help! SAT tommorow!

I’m in the same boat as you!
One test I made only one mistake,
1000+1200 = 2400

I was so frustrated - the only reason I didnt get a 800 was because of a stupid addition mistake; the ratio I had to find next went wrong too because of the addition mistake.
And plus I even tackled the sorta new questions in that test!

If you’re good at SAT math, then you should be finishing each section with ~ 7 minutes left (SAT math is a joke anyway). In that time, READ each questions slowly (notice: read, not solve) and if time allows substitute in the answer to double check. Most of the time you’ll see that you forgot to read something or misinterpreted something else. otherwise, don’t fret. I’m sure a 750-790 instead of an 800 will make absolutely no difference on which colleges you get into. Focus on CR and WR or SAT2s.
