How to report a change in schedule?

I had to drop calc 2 this (spring) semester, thankfully it’s not required, but I’m tagged with a UC for later this fall and they told me to update my ‘UC Work-In-Progress (WIP) form’. I don’t see anything named like that on the UC application site, is it the Transfer Academic Update (TAU)? Because I already submitted that in January, can I even edit it again? Or is this some form I’ll get later in the year? I’m so confused, please help.

You can still access the TAU and should change it but definitely at this point in the semester you should email and call every school to let them know about the dropped class (assuming you haven’t done so already). Email is important so you have proof you let them know about dropping it.

If they told you to update the “UC WIP form” they probably mean the TAU, but why don’t you ask them for clarification?

It’s the TAU and also email the UC application center, as well as sending an email to each school. Physical letters take too long :frowning:

@ananguiano I just dropped it last week, I wasn’t sure about the class until the recent test, but yea. I went to the message center and emailed them, there was an auto reply that I should update it on the UC site too, but I guess that’s proof enough. I went to edit my TAU but it kept freezing on chrome, which is why I was confused if it was the right form, but it seems to work fine on firefox. Thanks for the help

@kamiture I was confused because the TAU kept freezing on chrome, turns out it’s fine on firefox, physical letters sound like a nightmare.

@PopcornMachine yeah, the TAU has always frozen for me on my laptop, it’s a very finnicky site. Good luck

That’s good. I’m in the same boat as you, had to do it twice this application period, once for a letter change and the other for a schedule drop. I think UC app center is tired of me haha.
