I have my first 70 question MC test on the Foundations Unit coming up this week and I was wondering how one should study for this type of material.

My history teacher has told me countless times that the exam is 'Macro' as such rather than 'Micro' like APUSH. That's all very well, but if I can't memorize dates and actions, what can I review to solidify concepts??

Would you suggest compare/contrast civilizations? General time periods for agriculture, metallurgy types, dynasties?

I'm actually a bit of a history fan, so given an MC test I will most likely get 85% without studying....but for pushing up to that 95+ I don't know where to start studying...

Any previous students have any tips??
