US medical schools only very rarely accept transfer students and then only from LCME accredited programs.

If you are coming from a 6 year medical degree program, your chances are zero of transferring to US medical school since medicine in the US is a post-graduate degree program.

If you’d like to study medicine in the US, you need to attend a US undergraduate college, complete a baccalaureate degree and then apply to med school.
