How unpredictable is Brown admission?

<p>My GC says Brown is unpredictable. And Ms. Ott, who visited my school in April, also boasted about the fact that Brown rejects more than 60% of the applicants who are valedictorians. How unpredictable is Brown admission? And does anyone know what they look for?</p>
