How will a shaky freshman year affect me?

I am a junior at a top school in my state.
My freshman year of high school, I finished the year with a 2.3 GPA.
Sophomore year I was able to get mostly A's, with one C in French 2 on my record. I took three honors classes last year.
I'm not sure what my GPA was, probably a 3.6.
This year, junior year, I am taking two honors classes, one AP and one community college class along with a college prep level class. Math is my weakest subject. I have an A in every class except for math, which is a very high B.
If this trend continues, will I be able to make up for the missed opportunities in 9th grade?
Next year I am planning to take two or three AP classes and honors Pre-Calc.
I'm most realistically going to get about a 2040-2100 SAT 1 and I will take two subject tests
Is this enough to get into colleges like UDel(in state), Montclair, and Virginia tech?
Any others I should add to my list?
Thanks :-j

The colleges will definitely like the upward trend from freshman year, keep it up. Some colleges don’t care much about freshman year (like Stanford) but I don’t know about these colleges, sorry.
