For Junior year, I would like to take four APs.

AP Spanish
AP Lang
AP US History
AP Bio
Trig H

However, my counselor and my mom have been telling me that it's too much and that I should drop at least one.

All these courses are pretty work intensive, and I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences with this course load (or harder)?

I'm really unsure of what I should do :( I don't want to die from sleep deprivation or burn out and get C's in all my classes. But I don't know which class to drop since I really like all of them :/

There are plenty of people who manage a 4 AP courseload just fine. Just realize that it is a lot of work, so you won’t be free to go hang out with your friends whenever they’d like you to and you’re not going to be able to get 10 hours of sleep a day.

I think it really depends on your familiarity with Spanish. You can expect around 2-3 hours of studying for the other 3APs but foreign language differs from person to person.

But considering that you “like” all of them, I don’t see why you shouldn’t go for it.
