I'm currently a senior, and I went to high school in Canada from Grade 9~10 and in USA from Grade 11~12. During my junior year, my GPA was 4.5, but in Canada, my GPA was 3.2 for both years because they did not offer any honors courses and they graded much harder (80~100 is an A range in Canada).
I have heard lots of rumors about how colleges would evaluate my GPA, but they were all very vague. Does anyone have any clues as to how colleges would consider my GPA?

They will not consider your GPA. They will see the mark as it is written on your report card.
