I'm an upper middle class white male from Long Island. I like watching sports, playing them for fun, and it's really my biggest hobby. I'm also a conservative, not like an old stuffy racist, but I do have a more conservative mindset than a "free-spirit"

I hear Stern has a lot of competitive kids who are just all about school all the time, and I don't know if I'd fit in with them. I mean I care about school, but I also would like to have some fun. I know there is no campus and I don't like that because I feel like I want the full college experience, and a campus is part of that.

Also do kids from different schools within NYU mix. Like will I just be with Stern kids, or will I see kids and hang out with ones from the college too.

Basically, how would I fare at Stern. Can I find some people who are serious about school, but also like to have some fun, aren't so much on the "free spirit" end, and a group of kids I can just go to a Yankee game with.

Thanks

My other options are Georgetown and Fordham.
