How would I put volunteer/work on UC app?

<p>I don't volunteer very consistently, so when they ask how many hours I volunteer per week and how many weeks in a year, I don't know how to answer that? </p>

<p>For the work experience, if I worked at home as a freelance editor, how would I put my hours as well? It was all inconsistent work throughout my 5 years so yeah..</p>

<p>I would . . .</p>

<p>(1) figure out (more or less) how many weeks a year you did it, and</p>

<p>(2) then try to remember, for those weeks, how many hours a week you did it, and use the average.</p>

<p>So, if you worked 10 weeks during the summer, at 15 hours per week, and another 10 weeks during the school year, but only an hour a week, that would give you: 20 weeks, 8 hrs/week.</p>

<p>I’d use this method for both the volunteer work and the freelance.</p>
