So my intended major is bioengineering. However, I honestly do not think bioengineering is for me. I'm probably going to take it a step further and say that I might not like engineering and science at all...

So I just wanted to see what you guys would say about my situation. I just took the AP Biology Exam, and I didn't do as well as I expected. Last week, I expected to study 4 hours a day, but my disinterest in reading cliff notes biology (and a little bit of laziness I guess :D) kept me from doing so. When I took the AP Biology course this year, I didn't like what I studied at all except maybe neuroscience, cancer and diseases.

As for math, I am a little bit more interested. I'm probably not a math wiz, but I can definitely bring my math skills up to par for an engineer. However, I'm not really the person who marvels at all of math's qualities and etc... I think that I like physics a little, but not much more. Last year, I would do physics for maybe an hour and become bored. I did have to learn many concepts by the book, so would this make a difference?

So based on all of this, do you think engineering is right for me? In college I want to find something that is worth taking to graduate school (which I plan to attend). When I was young, I liked to take things apart and put them back together--however, that really doesn't say anything. I'm planning to attend either UC San Diego or University of Notre Dame as of now (the adcoms gave me some extra time to think it over). Any suggestions?
