How's my GPA?

So, when I apply to colleges next year I am pretty sure my GPA will be somewhere from 3.9- 3.93. (out of 4). My SAT is 2312. Are these good enough for me to have at least a shot at...
Carnegie Mellon
Barnard
Haverford
Oberlin
Tufts
Columbia (its a stretch but hey)
Cornell
Vassar?

Please be honest. I'm really trying to scale back my list of colleges. I don't want to waste my time applying to places that I'm not good enough for. thanks so much!

Please reply people! Thanks!

Your GPA and SAT scores are great, congratulations! Just remember that at all of these top schools it’s not just the scores that count, but good luck. You look like a great candidate for those schools.

…so you think only 4.0’s are competitive?

What’s your rank?

how do you get a 2312 SAT?

glassesarechic: Who said that only 4.0s are competitive? I didn’t say that.
Hiimcole: You study your butt off.

Oh, and also, my rank is 14 out of 400 in my grade.

I think Hiimcole was asking how your score of 2312 could have the "12’'digits. Normally scores are given in increments of 10 or 20, such as 2300 or 2320.

Oh, I see. I have no idea.
