HS Junior-What are my chances at NU and what should I improve?

Hello, here are some of my stats:

31 Composite ACT Score (31 E 33M 30R 30 S)
4.19 Weighted/3.83 UW
National Merit Scholar (PSAT Score)
Heavy Junior Year Schedule: (IB Spanish, AP English Language, AP Physics, AP Calculus AB, AP US Government)
Took APUSH Exam (5) and AP Chemistry (3)

Extracurriculars:
Manager of the Varsity Tennis Team at my school
Key Club Member
President of the Table Tennis Club at my school
Member of Student Council and Principal’s Advisory Committee
National Honor Society Member
Competitive Table Tennis Player
Director of Table Tennis For A Cause (Have run a few tournaments for charity)

Other:
I was born with a rare type of dwarfism and have had to endure over 30 surgeries. Also I am deaf and use a cochlear implant to hear.

So what are my chances of getting into Northwestern University, and what should I focus on improving in the next year?

Try to get your ACT 2-3 points if possible, GPA is good, make sure you have a hard senior schedule just like you do now. The fact that you have the rare condition and are deaf will help you a lot, if you can write a decent essay about those things, or maybe just one, you should have a good chance of getting in
