HS Junior who needs a chance and some advice!

Hi, I am a junior in a public high school. Here is a look at my high school career:
UW GPA: 3.56
Weighted GPA: 4.19
I haven't the SAT or the ACT yet. I plan to take both twice.
Rank: 81/279
I have taken the most strenuous curriculum offered at my high school. I am planning on driving about 30 miles every day to take Linear Algebra at William and Mary as a senior next year because I am taking AP Calculus as a junior. I was really disappointed with myself because I got a C in regular Chemistry (the teacher was not the greatest) so I'm really afraid it will keep me from getting into the colleges I would like. I have some B's here and there but mostly A's. My class rank should be in the top 10% of my senior class after taking 6 AP classes this year. I will also be getting a letter of recommendation from one of the associate dean's at W&M.
My extracurriculars:
President of Key Club
President and Founder of Conservation Club
President and Founder of Environment Club
Secretary of Key Club for two years
Model UN treasurer
National Honor Society
National Math Honor Society Treasurer
Government Club
Pep Club
2 years of JV football
100+ hours of community service

The colleges I have been really considering:
UVA, Wake Forest, Cornell, what other colleges would I be a good match for??

Thanks so much!!

You have a lot of leadership positions and some serious AP’s for junior year. Your biggest impediment is your gpa, it’s a bit low for places like Cornell and UVA. How high could you get it up if you get all A’s this year? If you can bring it to a 3.7 I’d say you have a fair chance at them all, but Cornell will be a reach. Are you going to be in varsity football this year? Maybe you can be recruited? Just keep working hard, nail the SAT
