HS senior/freshman- as a transfer student, are my chances at top schools affected?

I'm a junior and although it's extremely late, I'm thinking about skipping my senior year and going right to college next year. At this point, my options are very limited and I'm looking at schools like Rutgers, Fordham, Hofstra, etc. for my senior year. For the following year, however, I'd like to transfer to a better school, such as Barnard, JHU, Penn... Assuming I skip my senior year and attend someplace like Rutgers, how will my status as a transfer student affect my chances at any of the aforementioned schools? Thank you.

The top private schools don’t accept that many transfer students.

That said, if you take fewer than a certain number of units, you can still apply as a freshman. If you don’t get in, you can stay in CC and later apply as a transfer.
