Human Anatomy & Physiology=AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY?

<p>At my school, there's no "AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY" but I found a course called "Human Anatomy & Physiology", which sounds similar(lol). I was wondering if these two courses are similar in terms of their topics. Like I know that the course in school is not an AP course, but is it the same subject at least? It's only a semester long so I'll have to self-study for the actual exam, but If i could learn the basics in that class I wanna take it. Thx</p>
