Humanities Courses

So, I'm probably overthinking this, but I need to take another humanities class next year (my senior year) for distribution requirements. I already have taken an English class along with a ton of core curriculum classes that emphasize reading/writing, so I'm not overly worried about English requirements. With that said, I'm thinking of taking a Religion or Philosophy course. Is it better to take a 300-level and show you tried it and probably get a B, or take a 100-level and probably get an A? Or do med schools not even care at that point and I can take a random art class or something? Thanks.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I don’t think they care so long as you have 2 semesters of writing intensive coursework to fulfill the writing requirement.

Thanks. I go to a good liberal arts school where I have taken 5 or so writing-intensive classes. So I think I’ll probably just go with the easier class so I can spend more time on my science work.
