<p>HWS has established a partnership with Posse, "one of the most successful college access and youth leadership development programs in the country." The idea behind the rigorous program is enrolling "a group of ten students to college together to act as a support system for one another [which] could bolster collegiate success and graduation rates." Since 1989, Posse has quite a success rate at very competitive schools. Very cool idea!</p>
