Thanks in advance=)

First, NARROW DOWN YOUR SCHOOL LIST 21 IS WAY TOO MUCH. You have okay chances but not great ones.

I guarantee you won't be applying to all those schools. It's obvious you also just picked them straight off of the Newsweek rankings/CC.

wow 10 APs before senior year is awesome. Your grades and scores are excellent; however, your ECs are relatively weak. You have very good chances at the more number based schools like Berkeley and UCLA, but you would have to stand out for the ivies. And I am sure you won't have the time nor the motivation to apply to that many schools next year. Like the above posters said, narrow your choices down.

i agree with GPAx213. Nice scores but weak ECs. Do you have any awards??

Your SAT scores are fine, maybe a little low for HYP (especially since you're asian...no offense but it does hurt in the application process =/) The NMSF and 5s on all your APs / 4.0 gpa is great though. Really impressive

I have to agree with the weak ECs comment though...Is there any one thing you are incredibly passionate about that might reflect in your ECs. Have you received an awards or honors? How competitive is your school?

Just curious, how come you did so much better on PSAT's than on your SAT's -- most people do better on SAT's.

honestly while yours scores and grades are great, you seem to have little to no depth as an applicant. I think that you are hurt by the lack of anything interesting within your repertoire. For example, volunteer hours arent that important or that impressive. If they highlight your application then you are out of luck.

I suggest you spend a TON of time on the essays. A lot of admissions officers will view you as the typical Asian Robot, with your current resume.

You need to narrow your list down a bit :P

I agree with the others: a) You need to narrow down your list and b) you need to either improve your ECs ASAP or hide underground and spend weeks on your essays. Anyway, I'll chance your massive list:

Harvard - High Reach
Yale - High Reach
Princeton - High Reach
Columbia - Reach
UPenn - Reach
Cornell - Low Reach
Darthmouth - Low Reach
Brown - Reach

U of Chicago - Low Reach (w/ beastly essays)
UC Berkeley - Are you in Cali? If so, Match. If not, Reach.
Stanford - High Reach
WUSTL - Low Reach
Northwestern - High Match/Low Reach
UCLA - Same as UCB
Tufts - Match
Carnegie Mellon - High Match
NYU - Match
Georgetown - High Match
Caltech - High Reach
MIT - High Reach
Duke - Reach

So yeah...

Your GPA and class rank are unquestionably great, particularly if you are at a competitive public school or better. Your SAT is decent for everywhere except HYPMS and ultimately won't keep you out anywhere even as an Asian. But I think you're in a bit of a precarious situation for Ivies. 10 APs before senior year seems great, but it has obviously come at a cost to your EC activities. This may not keep you out of a UChicago or other more academic institution, but the Ivies are trying to load their ranks with movers and shakers, rather than bookworms. I don't mean this personally; it's just how things appear on paper.

WoW...look at that college list....Ask yourself some questions before you come back with a better list...
1) What do I major in?
2) What kind of school do I want to go to? Laid back? Ultra-competitive?
3) What kind of career do I want to pursue? Medicine? Law? IBanking?

btw...are you a rising Junior or Senior? cause if it's 10 APs by the end of JUNIOR year, I'll be impressed, but by the end of SENIOR year, it's kinda of meh...

You look like the extremely academic oriented candidate like many Asians, but you are lacking in the standardized scores department. The best thing that you could do at this point would be to write and amazing essay and study your ass off and get an 800 on some sections of the SATI and SATII.
