I-20 transfer form for international students

<p>Im a newly admitted international student of fall 2013 and my question is:</p>

<p>Does CalPoly have I-20 transfer form? Because I need it to transfer my current I-20 or SEVIS info from my high school to CalPoly but I couldnt find anything…</p>

iv. Request, in writing, to your current school’s International Center to transfer your SEVIS record to the Cal Poly Pomona International Center.
This is your university

1. Please do so no later than the end of your last term that you are enrolled at your current school. This process may take up to 3 weeks.
2. Cal Poly Pomona’s SEVIS school code is LOS214F00334000.
3. Failure to inform your previous school of your intent to transfer could cause your SEVIS record to “complete” or be “terminated” by your previous school which would require reinstatement by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
4. If you plan to travel before your first term at Cal Poly Pomona, failure to re-enter the U.S. with your Cal Poly Pomona I-20 would also create a visa status problem.

<p>they just told me there is not I-20 transfer in form for international students nor do they require…</p>

<p>Probably you should go back to your country in the summer and ask CalPoly to send you a new I-20.</p>
