<p>You are correct that ec’s are not important for oxford. It looks like you would have a decent chance of getting in as long as you do well on your interview, which is probably the most important part of the application process. As mentioned in another thread, you will face the problem of being from outside the UK applying for medicine. As American undergraduate student at Oxford myself I regret to inform you that I do not know any international med students, and I am friends with quite a few. However, that does not mean that it is impossible for you to get in, it just means that you should be aware of the difficulty. Good luck!</p>
