I am FREAKING OUT because of TOEFL

I got my test score yesterday
reading 28
listening 29
speaking 19<----------
writing 29
total 105

I am seriously worried about my speaking part
I know univ of michigan requires at least 23 in reading/listening/speaking and at least 21 in writing.
Do other colleges also look at the subscores rather than the total?

I sent the scores already to:
UIUC
Cornell
Brown
NYU
UCLA
UC BERKELEY

I know that Johns Hopkins requires 25 at speaking. Generally, they don't care about your subscores, just the total score to be above 90, 100 or whatever.

So,do you think you can improve the speaking part?
If I were you,I'll definitely retake it if I'm not satisfied with my scores.
But I guess it's a bit late at this time point...
Well, but I think they will probably just look at the total score.
